First meeting held on Saturday June 2, 1983

Meeting Place : St. John's Nepomucene R.C. Church - 1150 Locust Avenue - Bohemia NY 11716

At Present June 2005:
The Group meets twice a week
Thursday at 7:30 Step meeting, Tradition last Thursday of month
Saturday at 6:45 Beginners meeting, 8:00 Big Book
We still meet at St. John's

The groups name came from the thought of TOGETHER WE CAN.

The group has gone through many changes mostly meeting format and times. The group found that Big Book and Step meetings are our staples and preferred by the group conscience. The group also adheres to the Twelve Traditions making sure that all are welcome. The group has become a family of sorts with terrific support and TOGETHERNESS.
