Dear Friend,
Annually we ask your assistance to verify your Online Meeting Information that we have stored in our database; this is done to assure the online meeting information printed in the annual directories is correct.
Attached please find the current information about your meeting that we have in our database. Please review the information and makes changes where necessary.
It is imperative that each "Online Meeting" have a valid e-mail address for members to access. Meetings without valid e-mail addresses will be deleted form the database and will not appear in future directories. Of course you can include website addresses but for the purpose of appearing in the directory a meeting e-mail address is imperative.
In a few of the online meetings records we find there are no contacts listed. We need to have a contact name, address, phone and e-mail address attached to each meeting. So if your meeting is one of those records please provide that information.
Also where there are contacts there is not always a personal e-mail address, so if your record is one without a personal e-mail please provide that information. The GSO like many organizations in many cases is switching the communication method from mail to e-mail and we do not want you to miss any information.
We need to receive the updated meeting information by April 1st, 2009. You can relay the information by responding to this e-mail address ...@aa.org, or via fax to 212-870-3003 or via US mail to AAWS, Inc., PO Box 459, Grand Central Station, NY, NY 101163 attn: Records department. If you have questions please contact the Records department at 212-870-3132.
