Un groupe AEDA est un groupe Al-Anon auquel n'importe quel membre Al-Anon peut participer mais pendant lequel on va se concentrer tout spécialement sur le côté Adultes Enfants d'Alcooliques.
On y modère en général avec les deux bouquins qui sont axés sur le sujet ("De l'espoir pour aujourd'hui" et "De la survie au rétablissement").
En Suisse, certains groupes ont décidé que certaines de leurs réunions (par exemple, deux par mois) étaient des réunions AEDA.
Certains membres éprouvent maintenant le besoin de se présenter comme Adultes Enfants D'Alcooliques.
